When a customer want to purchase a course

It is very important to know that this is one of the most important request that we consider in RetBranche Academy, the customer purchasing our courses. Which is why we make it convenient for any user to purchase with the international standard payment method.

Your role as a customer service agent is to make sure to convert such user, because they already want to take the course, any mistake that you make , or false information, will make us loose a sale. Of course you're not a sale agent but it's important to always be sure about the informations you're providing to the user. - Send the course link to the customer

• Send more details to the customer

• Answer as quickly as possible

• Get course description template ready

• always talk about our payment method if needed

• Be there for the user as much as possible and help til they make the purchase.
