Since a customer is interested in a specific course. Guide him/her to purchase the course as quickly as possible, send the course link, the course description and advantages of the course.

If the customer is interested in a specific course category but not an individual course, it's always better to help him/her to pick a course of his/her choice depending on what he/she wants to achieve, always send a link of the course category.
